Getting Started
What do you need?
To connect to OpenAir you need a laptop or internet device that is Wi-Fi enabled. Please see our system requirements page for more information.
How do I connect?
Your Wi-Fi enabled device will detect wireless networks available within its range. Please choose the OpenAir network id to connect to the Open Air service. Open your browser, the Open Air portal will be automatically shown to you. If the Open Air portal is not shown immediately then please type any URL (web address) into your browser, e.g.: www.google.ae.
You can enter the following address "http://connect.openair.ae/subscriber" into your web browser to be taken directly to the login page.
Now is the time to scratch the silver from the back of this card revealing the username and password. Enter this information into the username and password fields provided on screen.
How do I logout?
Open Air doesn't offer the facility to log out, your session time is continuous from the time you access Open Air.
How is time used?
From the time you start using the internet we will monitor your connection time, when your time has expired your internet session will be terminated and you will have to purchase another scratch card.
Please be aware that on certain Open Air packages, your connection time does not stop! If you shut your PC after five minutes and return in an hour your session would have expired and you will need to purchase another scratch card.
Please purchase the package that is most suitable for your internet use.
Will I need to change any settings?
No, Open Air is fully plug and play, all you will need to do is open your internet browsing software, login and start using the internet.
